Vogue Fashion Night Out: Paris 2011

Friday, 9 September 2011

Event: Vogue Fashion Night Out
Date: 8.09.2011
Place: Paris

While waiting for something exciting to happen on the other side of the ocean on the runways of  the New York Fashion Week, last night was all about fashion on the streets of Paris, as everyone was celebrating the 3rd edition of the Vogue Fashion Night Out event. Amazingly fashionable people were strutting the streets of the French capital in their most stylish attires, especially in the Triangle d'Or - Av. Montaigne, Av. George V and Av. Francois Ier where all the special events were crammed.

Hosted by Mademoiselle Agnès, Emmanuelle Alt, Anja Rubik, Isabeli Fontana, Natasha Poly and other Vogue editors, the event was absolutely amazing. Some of the highlights of the evening include a chit-chat between Emmanuelle Alt and Charlotte Casiraghi at the Balmain boutique, Emmanuelle Alt presenting her current fascination with some D&G lace boots, her remembrances alongside Jean Paul Gaultier of the time when she used to model for him, a Duke Spirit concert at the Giorgio Armani boutique or a flash mob in front of the Chloé store on the sound of Beyonce!

Here are some photos of some people in the fashion industry taken last night:

...and finally some really amazing details and mixes:

And here's the live stream video from last night in case you missed it and want to check out the atmosphere:

Which was your favorite look? I can't decide: from Emmanuelle Alt's stunning blazer or Anja Rubik and Natasha Poly's Louis Vuitton ensembles to that crazy mix of a green leather jacket and blue nail polish everything was amazing. Fashion is for having fun, when it stops being fun you should start doing something else!

Magnifique ces photos!! Really.. well.. dont know if it is only the quality of the pics but looks to me that Paris VFNO was better than the one in Milano.. was too overcrowded, with some interesting looks but not at beautiful as the ones I see on your pics now. Hum.. shall I try to go there next time? ;)
