After the beautiful Victoria Beckham collection, I thought that the best way to continue would be with the DKNY show - a lot of black and white and breezy fabrics just as in the Victoria Beckham show, but less minimal designs and a more colorful twist with bright yellow and some patterns.
The fanny pack is back as a stylish accessory and so are the caps and wedge sneakers. I really enjoyed this show, it's very fresh and a lot of fun!Among my favorite looks were the knee-length black and white dresses, the black and the yellow gowns with a slit and of course the black body paired with a light floor-length white dress with a high slit. I love this collection too! Simple cuts, but still very interesting! I love the first three looks! I also love the flowy skirts on the maxi dresses!

Love the simplicity of dkny designs! just perfect.
Since last year they've satrted to do it once month ahead, usually it was in february and september. Idk why they do now the fashion week so early if its not even hot in here!! i mean..ok the industry it's always ahead i understand that, but i don't see how they benefit on sales with this. who knows!

I really LOVE these looks and I want wedge sneakers so badly!!! I hate that I can only afford trendy things as they near the end of their time in the spotlight, once they've leaked down to the cheaper brands, which don't pull off the look that well.
I wish I could have made it to NYFW, it is so crazy compared to MFW, though I still had fun in my city seeing local designers! Nice runway choices you put up here :)
