After the first few days of more lacklustre names on the schedule, Paris Fashion Week started off yesterday with the big guns: an eclectic collection by Alber Elbaz for Lanvin. The variety of garments, shapes, fabrics and prints makes this collection quite hard to describe through a theme or a clear destination, but what it definitely was is stunning! The collection was designed as to fit a woman's ever changing moods and ideas - a tailored suit here, a silk day dress there all our longings in one show. A very interesting touch were the necklaces and brooches with words imitating the handwriting, such as hello, love, happy or cool.
